"Surfers are always complaining... I run over them regularly in my Hobie 16 in the surf, it's like going over speed bumps. It also lets me know how fast I'm going. 16's are better as there are no dagger boards that they can get caught on and really slow you down, whereas the rudder just kicks up on the 16, just don't run over 2 at once or you'll lose steerage. They're beginning to realize it's my ocean, but it's hard to know if they're upset or not as they speak an unintelligible language."
